Primary Account

Primary account unlock or password reset is done through ISAM, as it is the Medassist account for which we will be performing account unlock or password reset.

Secondary Account

Navigate the below:

Open Remote desktop connection inside PAM360

Step1:Try to connect with this IP 192,168.141.54.

Step 2:Once we click on connect, we will get this windows security pop-up to enter the credentials and click the OK button.

Step 3: In this screen, click the Yes button.

Step 4:Search for CU emulator, and open

Enter the primary account username and password reset, click on ok button

Step 5:

Keep CAPS on,

1 - ELIG

2 - RECV

3 - RCM

You choose the logon by entering the corresponding number at the prompt and then pressing enter.

Steps 6:

Caps on, enter the username,password click enter

Step 7: Master menu, click J option, it will ask for password S3r3nity and click enter

Step 8: Here click on A option

Step 9: In Work strategies, enter F.

Step10: We have to enter master password and click ok button

Step11: Here we have to choose the employee password and click the OK button.

Step12:Here we have to enter the user's secondary username(before comma)(ends with number) and click on the OK button.

Step13:User’s account will display like this, here you have to enter U2 and enter.

Step14:Account unlock
If the account is locked, next to PASSWORD IS DISABLED it will show as Y.

If it shows as Y, click Enter until the cursor moves to the field, type N and continuously click enter till the cursor moves to the last option.
Now you can click on / and press enter to go out of the current screen and also you can tell the user to login with the same username and password.

Step15:Password reset
If the user wants password reset.
Here click enter till SECONDARY PASSWORD, enter a Temporary password and click enter

Step16: Now it will ask to re-enter password to confirm

After re-entering the password and clicking ok, you can ask the user to login with the new password by following the login method - Secondaryusername,password.
