On occasion, Pulse
decides to slow to a crawl.
During this time,
pings to FACS, CUBS, and the fileservers will be highly erratic, spiking to
over 150ms. Voice issues will be reported.
Check CPU usage on
the box. If it is spiked high (over 90%), you'll want to reboot.
Schedule the reboot
time with operations, and reboot at the time.
To reboot:
Go to Maintenance
-> System -> Platform
Click
"Reboot" and hit "Yes"
